Each file type or message uploaded onto FinSwitch has its own process timing. The only file type governed strictly by a cut-off time is the Transaction Request.
The FinSwitch system time and webserver time are co-ordinated with an automatic clock. FinSwitch does not hold responsibility for Users systems or pc's whose times may differ.
